Self-taught, Freddy Calligaris cut his teeth in the professional world as a partner and manager of a transport company. Having multiplied peripheral operations through vertical and horizontal growth in business, at 32 years old, he finally left France with his family to move to Australia. Like the true entrepreneur that he is, he invested his energy in the heart of the South Pacific in new business areas: property development, wholesale, processing activities and service provision. In 2008, taking advantage of opportunities created by the housing crisis, he decided to settle in the United States, where he is developing his networks.

A man in the field, with devvelopment in his soul and with a mass of experience behind him, he has surrounded himself with a team that supports his passion for entrepreneurial adventure. With this structure he now wishes to offer his help and support by supporting innovative or distressed companies.

Elie Mougel has over 12 years experience in finance and real estate. Born in Strasbourg, France, he has lived in New Zealand and Australia and has spent 22 years in the United States (San Francisco, California and Scottsdale, Arizona). Elie now divides his time between New Caledonia, French Polynesia and Australia.

He has significant knowledge of global real estate and financial markets. He has been involved in several other projects and companies in the world, particularly in a real estate fund, a real estate property management company and business development.
